Tahawwur Hussain Rana, accused in the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks, has petitioned a Delhi court for permission to communicate with his family. The Patiala Court has issued a notice to the NIA regarding Rana’s plea, with a hearing scheduled for April 23. Rana, considered a key conspirator and aide to David Headley, is currently in custody.
