Bombay HC quashes 2009 public property damage abetment case against Raj Thackeray
The Bombay High Court has quashed criminal proceedings against MNS chief Raj Thackeray in a 2009 FIR for mischief and damage to public property. The court determined that Thackeray was not involved in the unlawful assembly and did not incite violence during the alleged rioting.
