Delhi man orders phone online, gets a packet of soap and biscuit from ‘delivery boy’
A man from south Delhi, who ordered a phone online, was shocked to receive a soap and a biscuit packet instead. The complainant, who paid Rs 16,680 through UPI, discovered the fraud after opening the box. A case of cheating has been registered and an investigation is underway.
