L&T introduces one-day menstrual leave per month
Larsen & Toubro has implemented a one-day menstrual leave policy each month for its women employees in the engineering and construction sector, covering 5,000 women. This initiative aims to create a progressive workplace despite ongoing practical concerns about reinforcing gender biases.
