SC’s TN ruling doesn’t entirely cover Kerala government dispute: Centre
The Centre argued before the Supreme Court that its ruling in the Tamil Nadu governor’s case doesn’t fully resolve the legal dispute between Kerala and its governor. Kerala’s counsel claimed the verdict addresses the issue of time limits for presidential reference. The Centre’s representatives, however, asserted that certain aspects remain unaddressed and require further examination by the court.
