Visa issue in planned Europe trip led navy officer Vinay Narwal to Pahalgam; terror attack cut honeymoon short

Lieutenant Vinay Narwal, a 26-year-old newlywed from Haryana, was tragically killed in a terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, while on his honeymoon. He had married Himanshi Narwal just eight days prior, and they had rerouted their honeymoon to J&K after visa issues prevented a trip to Europe.
